SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 to 17:30.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the first following working day.
METHOD OF DELIVERY AND COSTS
Any customs duties and import taxes are charged to the customer. The relative amount is to be paid to the courier in the manner that will be indicated by the courier himself.
Standard: 3-5 business days
Abroad: 5-7 working days
Sebastian Milano is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure.
Delivery times are expressed in working days, meaning all those between Monday and Friday, inclusive, with the exception of any holidays.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods by following the instructions below.
We remind you that products that are not of the right size, or that are received damaged, defective or incorrect, can be replaced.
The return costs are always charged to the customer and will be deducted from the refund that will be made after receipt of the returned item.
The return request must be made by completing the returns form indicating: the order number, the items to be returned, the reason for the return.
The request will be handled by our Customer Service.
Once the return has been accepted, you will receive the prepaid label to be applied on the package for the collection of the package.
We will send you a confirmation email with the authorization to return the package, the address of our warehouse and all the specifications to proceed.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in an intact state of conservation, with the original labels and with careful packaging in order to safeguard the original packaging.
Once the returned items arrive in our warehouses, they will be checked to verify that they have been returned intact and the customer will be charged for any decrease in the value of the asset, refunding only the residual value of the Product.
